This is great on all meats and veggies!
1 cup tamari
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
3/4 cup brown sugar (or 1/2 cup molasses)
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 T mustard powder (or Dijon style mustard)
3/4 T black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Combine all ingredients.
Use as a marinade, marinade for minimum of 2 hours (in the fridge please!).
